With more than 20 years in the food, nutrition and wellness industries, Sharon has created a culture of total, balanced health and well-being programs for individuals as well as large corporations. In 2009, she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher credentials at Kansas Siddhi Yoga, under the direction of Gina Caputo. She continues to develop her craft as a yoga teacher becoming an E-(experienced) RYT and receiving her Yoga Sports Performance certification. Sharon recently was named as a new faculty member to the Colorado School of Yoga. Prior to that she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and studied at the Culinary Institute of America. Determined to follow her passion and share her message of living a balanced fitness and nutrition lifestyle, Sharon and her partner, Melinda French, launched Fit Formula in Brookside, MO in the summer of 2014. Sharon was named "Best Personal Trainer" in 2015 by 435 Magazine calling out her dedication to women's fitness. Sharon continues to focus on inspiring, educating and empowering everyone she comes in contact with to create a life filled with balance, laughter, sweat and your favorite dessert (savoring every bite).
